Accurate estimates help product owners prioritize and give teams confidence in their delivery plans. But story points are often misunderstood leading to unreliable results.
In this workshop, we start with a short session to address your team’s challenges, whether it’s baselining, triangulating, or misconceptions about story points. Then we spend most of the time estimating your actual backlog items.
By the end, your teams will know how to estimate consistently and will leave with a baseline set of estimates they can use right away.
